Deep Joy takes conscious action, conscious choices on your part - ways of behaving and daily action to achieve and to maintain. 

The science on happiness, the brain, and the body has about 20 years of research and numerous studies.  It isn't magic and it isn't a mystery. 

Deep Joy CAN be yours if and when you are willing to decide that you want it.

When you are ready, this guided 12-week journey will get you there, but it will only work when you are ready to take the actions.

Much like training for the Olympics or climbing Mount Everest, the journey will cover a few months.

Breathing at high altitude takes training.

Muscles take time to build, and daily routines to maintain strength.
